Terms of Service and SMS Terms

These terms govern your use of the AutoBids app and website. By using AutoBids, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

AutoBids service

AutoBids provides technology that helps drivers request automotive work or parts and connect with independent shops and providers. AutoBids does not itself perform repairs and does not guarantee a provider's work, pricing, availability, licensing, or representations.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You may not misuse AutoBids, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with the service, violate another person's rights, or use the service in violation of law.

AutoBids Phone Verification SMS Program

The AutoBids Phone Verification program sends a one-time verification code when an app user saves a phone number in their profile and taps the verification control after viewing the SMS disclosure. Messages are transactional and are not marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies based on the number of verification and resend requests you initiate.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive verification texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help or email support@autobidsapp.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must control or be authorized to use the phone number you submit. AutoBids may limit verification attempts to prevent fraud and abuse. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and SMS consent data.

Third-party services

AutoBids may rely on third-party services for authentication, messaging, maps, payments, hosting, and other functionality. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms.

Location suggestions in AutoBids may be provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of those suggestions is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AutoBids is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. AutoBids LLC is not responsible for agreements, disputes, losses, or damages arising from services independently provided by shops or parts providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms and may suspend access when necessary for security, misuse prevention, or legal compliance. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
